This is for adding a state 13mm disc to a necklace or bracelet.

Choose:

(1) The State you want in the drop down menu

(2) If you want a heart stamped in the middle of the state (or to the side of the state - see the Hawaii example the state is too small to fit the tiny heart into the stamp).

If this is for a necklace or bracelet you are ordering, you need to let us know: (1) Which necklace you want it added to. (2) Any special instructions

If this is for a necklace or bracelet you already own, let us know so we don't add it to a current necklace or bracelet in your order. *If you are adding this to a necklace or bracelet you already own, please note that this will NOT slide straight on. You will need to use a set of pliers to open the jump ring, twisting it from side to side. We will include more than one jump ring, in case it takes more than one try to get it correct.
