This for adding an 8x10mm heart tag to a necklace or bracelet.
You can have the finish left plain (smooth) or hammered, as well as have an initial or heart stamped on it or have the heart tag left plain.
Please leave what you want stamped on each heart you purchase in the personalization box. You can leave an initial(s), heart or ask to have the heart left plain. If you choose one heart, leave the one thing you want stamped. If you choose two hearts, leave the two things you want stamped, etc.
