Choose your size in 0.25 inch increments. We suggest choosing the size just larger than your actual wrist size, but size down if you prefer a tighter fit size down. Size up if you like a looser fit.

Gold filled and rose gold filled jewelry contains 100% more real gold than gold plated jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is made with a thick layer of real solid 14k gold.
