Our simple floral etched locket in sterling silver or gold filled is simply dainty and perfect for your favorite keep sake pictures on our popular satellite chain in sterling silver or gold filled with 13mm gold filled, rose gold filled or sterling silver discs. The discs are stamped with your choise of birth month flower (we use the larger flowers from the chart).

At about an 3/4 inch across it’s a versatile sized locket – it can be worn shorter, longer, in between and on just about any age. It’s the perfect locket for so many people and so many occasions and make the perfect birthday gifts

The most common length for this locket for adults is 20 inches.

Photos can be added to this locket. We will edit, size, print, laminate (for longevity) and insert up to two photos you purchase for this locket.

If you purchase the addition of one or two photos you need to choose one or two photos in the drop down and then upload photos. If you choose one photo, we will add one photo. If you choose two photos, we will add two photos. You can add up to three photos, in case you are concerned that one of the photos will not work. Please leave a note letting us know which photo(s) you prefer to have used first,as well as any other specific instructions.

Gold filled and rose gold filled jewelry contains 100% more real gold than gold plated jewelry. Gold filled jewelry is made with a thick layer of real solid 14k gold. Gold filled jewelry has the advantage of being tarnish resistant and durable. It does not flake off, rub off or turn colors, and can easily be worn by people with sensitive skin.

Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and considered a precious metal. The remaining 7.5% of the alloy is usually copper, adding strength while preserving the appearance of the pure silver. Sterling silver is also okay for most sensitive skin.

Both sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will tarnish less if stored appropriately – in something airtight – and kept clean and dry. I have found that the more I wear my sterling silver jewelry, the less it tarnishes.

All sterling silver and gold filled jewelry will come with a polishing cloth and all sterling silver jewelry will come with an anti tarnish paper to help with the care of your jewelry purchased through GiGisPetals. Jewelry that tarnishes can easily be repolished and look as good as new!
